Welcome to the Columbus Argentine Tango Society (CATS) at the Ohio State University We are an enthusiastic group consisting of students, faculty, and staff of OSU, as well as residents of Columbus and nearby areas. We are dedicated to promoting Argentine tango as a social dance, and welcome anybody who wants to dance or learn. Upcoming Classes for Winter
First Series: January 15th- February 5th
Second Series: February 19th- March 12th
Location: Arps Hall (1945 N High St), rooms 383 (beginners) & 384 (advanced beginners/intermediate)
Cost: series: $10 student / $15 non-student -- students very first beginners series is only $1/class
drop-in class: $3 student / $5 non-student
entire quarter: $18 student / $25 non-student
The classes are followed by a free supervised practica!
No partner necessary! No experience necessary for beginner classes! Join any time!

Weekend of April 20-22: Workshop Weekend with Adam Hoopengardner & Cigdem Tanik (NYC).
Wednesday, April 18: Workshop & Practilonga with Homer & Cristina Ladas (San Francisco). - Pick up a copy of the CATS Practice CD at the next class! This CD contains a selection of popular tangos, valses, and milongas, and is free for all CATS students. The track list is here.
